To Know Pastor Rodney Dillard
Pastor Rodney S. Dillard is founder and Senior
Pastor of Living By The Word Family Church, a large and
growing church in Chandler, Arizona.
Pastor Rodney and Mrs. Dillard have been married for over twenty years and have a lovely daughter, Patrice, who is currently eighteen years old. In ministry for over seventeen years, they have been a |
blessing to the body of Christ and have been instrumental in spreading the powerful message of faith and healing via revivals, seminars and healing crusades extensively throughout the United States .
Pastor Dillard has completed The Rhema Bible Training Center's two-year Ministry Training School in Tulsa , Oklahoma under the auspices of Dr. Kenneth Hagin. After completing his training, Pastor Dillard continued in the healing ministry under the leadership of Rev. Keith Moore. He also received ordination through Dr. Frederick K.C. Price, founder of Crenshaw Christian Center in Los Angeles California .
In 1996, after pastoring in Oklahoma for six years, Pastor Dillard received God s direction to establish a church in the Valley of the Sun.
Pastor Dillard's purpose is to meet the needs of the larger community. His unique style of teaching the Word of God has influenced many to utilize the Bible as a tool to effect change in their lives, which among other things, has helped build stronger marriages and developed closer family relationships.
In establishing Living By The Word Family Church in 1997 with 10 people, the church has now grown to over 1,200 members from all over the Valley. It's plain to see that Pastor Dillard's simple teachings of the Word of God have made a lasting impact on the community and if you allow it, will change your life forever as well.
Operating within the Living By The Word structure are thirty-five dynamic departments. This includes a daily radio broadcast called “Changing Lives Through The Word” heard Valley wide on KXEG 1280 AM, Monday through Friday at 6:45 am and 4:30 pm.

A tremendously anointed woman and ordained minister in her own right, Mrs. Dillard is well versed in what it takes to be an over comer and possesses a unique way of communicating this to her audiences. Her messages literally come to life for the hearer as she shares vital solutions from the Word of God. Solutions that the masses desperately need to hear in order to live the victorious lifestyle that is promised from the Lord.
She is also the founder of the extremely popular Proverbs 31 Women's Ministry, and a multitude of other outreach programs offered at Living By The Word Family Church which include: an Alcohol Drug Addiction Program (ADAP), Feeding programs, a Thanksgiving basket program, and as a sponsor for

the Christmas angel tree to name a few.
She has a special place in her heart to see souls come into the kingdom and is at the forefront of the Living By The Word evangelism thrust into the local community. |

| Many years ago, the Lord
gave Pastor Dillard the vision of a church of Born-again,
Spirit-filled Believers that would be governed solely
by the principles and doctrines recorded in God's Word.
This church would, in its teaching and in its growth,
operate within biblical principles instructing all the
people in the Word so that they would learn how to rise
from burned-out hopes and faulty lifestyles, using clearly
defined and enlightened precepts of faith, as well as,
accept and enjoy the privileges and promises God offers
through faith in Jesus Christ. In
establishing Living By The Word Family Church, and in
obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ, Pastor Rodney is
determined to make "excellence of ministry" the focus
of the ministry and message of the church. |

Mission - Living Faith & Making It Real The
primary mission of this Ministry is to teach the uncompromising
Word of God and to proclaim the "Good News"
of Jesus Christ. Our aim remains to minister by precept
and example, teaching the Body of Christ to walk in
victory and to adopt a lifestyle that is beyond reproach.
Our church will provide a spiritual home
for everyone, regardless of age, background or faith
walk. We promote health, prosperity, spirituality, truthfulness
and the keys to success. We will also provide answers
to the important issues of life in a simplified manner
based on biblical knowledge.
We will respond to the spiritual
and socioeconomic needs of the community. We will provide
a secure and comfortable environment in which to work
and worship.
