Teen Commitment

Every Wednesday at 7pm at Living By The Word Family Church

As a participant in our strong group, we encourage every member to make a faith commitment. This helps to instill the principles of God in their heart through the mind, soul and body. Our faith commitment is as follows:

Because I have made the right decision, I am now Your child, I boldly and un-ashamedly confess that Your son Jesus is my Lord. I believe that You are perfecting everything that concerns me. I have Your Word in my heart; therefore, the god of this world cannot blind my mind. Because I have the mind of Christ, I have total recall and I pass all of my courses.

I am delivered from destruction and no weapon formed against me shall prosper. Your angels have charge over me; therefore, no evil (no accident, no hurt, no harm, no danger, no death, no destruction) will come near me. Satan, I am not ignorant of your devices; therefore, you do not have the advantage over me. I resist you and you have no place in my life.

As my parents walk in integrity and commitment, I walk after them. I am an obedient child. You are pleased with me and my days are long upon the earth. I boldly confess, I shall live and not die and declare your works. I am not a mistake. I am not a product of passion but of purpose. God has graciously given me to my parents.

Father, because of my knowledge of your Word, I shall always have great peace. Because I have made the right decision, as a reward for my service and obedience to You, I shall be strengthened by your Word in my life in every day life and in every circumstance.

• Teen Drama

  The drama teen performs and ministers through skits, plays and mime. Ministry is primarily but not limited to youth services and events.

"The Connection" Youth Activity Center offers educational, recreational, arts to the youth in Chandler and the East Valley. A youth is defined as being 12-18 years of age. Youth who have a parent or grandparent residing in Chandler or the grater East Valley area are also considered residents.

DROP-IN FORMAT

The Youth Activity Center program operates on a drop-in format. Participants are free to come and go from the programs.
